Staffing

Bullock Lake Farm wasn’t built as a venue — it became one because people asked to gather here. The first weddings were for friends, with garden flowers in jars and dinners under the stars.
What we offer now is still rooted in those early values: generosity, seasonality, and celebration that feels like home. Our goal is to host weddings that feel true to our couples, and to make the planning feel easy and joyful along the way.
Where we started
We offer two wedding packages at Bullock Lake Farm—one designed for full weekend celebrations, and one for simpler gatherings with a shorter format. Both include the same thoughtful details and natural setting; the difference is in the pace, guest count, and scope.
Micro Wedding Package
$15,000 + GST
A thoughtfully paced, all-in-one celebration for up to 50 guests. Includes ceremony, dinner, seasonal florals, bar service, and day-of coordination—everything you need for a meaningful day, without the complexity of a full weekend.
Full Weekend Wedding Package
$38,000 + GST
A complete Friday-Sunday experience with exclusive venue access, full planning and coordination, immersive florals, and the space to settle in, celebrate, and savour every moment with your people. On Sunday, enjoy a slow farewell—whether it’s a group brunch or a quiet float on the lake in our custom cedar tub.

We handle all bar service onsite and work with a small list of trusted caterers for food. Couples book their caterer directly, giving you flexibility around menu, pricing, and service style — while still ensuring a seamless experience with vendors we know and trust.
Bar Service
Our team provides full bar service, including bartenders, glassware, and ice. You provide the alcohol of your choice (beer, wine, and spirits welcome), and we’ll take care of the rest — from setup to last call.
Catering
We partner with a handful of wonderful caterers who share our values: seasonal, thoughtful food served with care. You’ll book directly with your chosen caterer and work with them to design a menu that suits your event.
